This is the product I keep buying the last few years and the one I recommend to all my friends. i wear it once every 3 days during which there are multiple training sessions, gym, pool, track, sea. I have gotten rid of all the sweat stains on my clothes and being in perimenopause I sweat a lot . I have tried the nuud stick as well, but nothing beats the original.
