GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS BY NUUD BV

This is how we work: the general delivery terms and conditions of NUUD.
1. General
1.1 NUUD is a registered trademark of NUUD BV, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 69328943. The VAT number is (NL) 857833479B01. NUUD is located at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13 in AMSTERDAM.
1.2 Accessibility: you can reach us most easily for all your questions by email or via Facebook Messenger. Prefer to contact us by phone? Leave your phone number here and we will call you back within 1 working day.
2. Acceptance and your rights as a customer
2.1 These terms apply when you place an order with NUUD or authorize NUUD to debit the order amount from your bank account.
2.2 Delivery: after ordering and payment, NUUD will be shipped within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 72 hours.
2.3 You can return your order within 14 days. If you wish to return NUUD after receipt, we only accept packages with the seal on the tube (unopened tube) and expect you to handle the packaging with care so that we can receive the products in good condition. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
2.4 We do our utmost to ensure everything goes as expected. If something does not go as expected, we will resolve it as quickly as possible for you. If your order has not arrived correctly, we will send you a replacement package.
2.5 If you have returned NUUD correctly, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but always within 14 days of confirmation of receipt of the return. If we have made a mistake in the payment, you can claim for 3 months, and we will refund the money.
For the delivery of goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NUUD BV at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13, 1062 HH in Amsterdam, info@nuud.care) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email).
For services
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

For digital content
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

3. Our offer
3.1 Validity: if our offer has a limited validity period or is subject to certain conditions, we always clearly state this in the offer.
3.2 Description: we do our best to describe the offer as accurately as possible and to make the images as truthful as possible so that you can make a good decision. If we make a mistake, unfortunately, that can happen, and you cannot hold us to it. The offer always includes the price including VAT and shipping costs, what you need to do to order, how you can pay, and how you can contact us.
4. Personal Data Protection Act
We include your data in our central file. This keeps you informed of new developments regarding NUUD. We always adhere to the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act. We only share personal data with third parties for processing orders or for limited marketing applications as stated in our privacy policy. If you no longer wish to be kept informed, you can always unsubscribe via the info@nuud.care link at the bottom of each email.
5. Liability
5.1 NUUD guarantees that the products we deliver are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended based on the information provided by NUUD and guarantees that the products comply with any legal obligations and other government regulations that apply to that purpose.
5.2 NUUD guarantees that the products and services it provides are produced and/or delivered with respect for people and the environment.
5.3 NUUD's liability (other than product liability) is limited to direct damage and the amount of the net invoice value of the product. NUUD is not liable for any form of indirect damage.
6. Applicable law and competent court
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes are exclusively settled by the competent Dutch court.
