Hello, we’re nuud. A vegan anti-odorant that is magically effective for 3-7 days. We live for fresh armpits; fresh as a polar bear garden party. That means fresh without aluminium, parabens, petrochemicals or any other vague chemicals. No salts and no cheap perfume. We don’t do propellants or canisters but put nuud in a bioplastic tube made from sugarcane. With this we made over 3.000.000 armpits happy in 100+ countries.

 

About the role:

The Retention Marketing Coordinator plays an essential role in assisting the Retention Marketing Manager in realizing nuud’s goal: controlled but profitable growth. The main priority will be to assist in reaching set objectives regarding return customer sales (direct to consumer), as defined in the company’s commercial plan and corresponding KPIs.

The Retention Marketing Coordinator assists in running retention marketing projects and email marketing campaigns to enhance sales to existing customers. Campaigns are set-up through various marketing platforms to reach optimal effectiveness, such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion, Typeform and ReCharge. 

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with content, creative, and marketing teams to assist in producing highly engaging and revenue-driving weekly promotional email campaigns and automated email flows. Think of everything like working with copywriters, translators, web developers, and creative teams; setting up email campaigns and A/B testing; setting up landing pages on the website, segmenting the data for emails; analyzing and presenting results back to the team;
  • Looking for new innovative ways of improving nuud’s email marketing and CRM;
  • Assisting with various retention marketing and project management tasks, including but not limited to loyalty and referral program management; customer satisfaction surveys’ creation and analysis;
  • Assisting Creative Director with social media management.

 Who we’re looking for:

  • You have an HBO / University education in a marketing or communications field;
  • You have experience working with conversion-driven content and digital marketing, email automation (knowledge of Klaviyo is a big plus), social media, e-commerce (Shopify) platforms, preferably in a startup ecosystem;
  • You are a self-starter. You have the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, multi-task, prioritise and make informed decisions;
  • You are a great communicator, creative and curious individual who loves challenges;
  • You have an affinity with natural cosmetics, or experience with beauty/lifestyle brands is an advantage;
  • You live in or are planning to move to the Netherlands (nuud does not offer a relocation package).

Nuud is truly the first deodorant without the disadvantages of a deodorant: completely innocent for body and planet, yet extremely effective. The hyper-concentrated cream is based on 10 natural ingredients. The active ingredient is micro silver, which neutralises bacteria that cause odour. Other ingredients are natural oils that care for your skin and keep the micro silver in place. Nuud is free from aluminium, parabens and salts, and contains no artificial fragrances or alcohol.

Nuud is not only good for your body, but loves the planet too. As only a small amount of nuud needs to be used, only a small amount needs to be produced. This also results in less shipping and less materials for packaging. The deodorant contains no animal ingredients and is therefore completely vegan. The sugar-cane tube is 100% recyclable and packed in a box made from unbleached biodegradable FSC cardboard. By compensating for the emissions caused by postal deliveries, nuud ensures its distribution is climate-neutral.
