We’re looking for a DACH Account Manager to join our B-t-B team!
As part of the B2B team you will be responsible for a number of accounts in the DACH and East Europa region. Your main purpose is to develop the business in these regions by prospecting and opening new partners, as well as developing existing accounts. You will ensure that sales and profitability targets are achieved, marketing plans are executed and optimal brand representation is in place at all times.
Your role:
- You will be the first point of contact for internal and external relation for accounts located in the DACH region and East Europa
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop the customer portfolio: prospect, win new customers and develop the activity of your region
- Build strong relationship with your partners
- Achieve and, wherever possible, exceed targets and forecasts
- Supporting the Team lead in determining the strategy for the partners
- You will plan and coordinate appropriate marketing plans to increase sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Ensure the reporting of your activity + develop action plans to increase sales through analysis of business sales reports
- Working actively with Supply Chain to ensure smooth ordering process and actively check the current stock levels of your partner
- Plan regular field trips
- Participate in trade shows
What we’re looking for:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a related account management position
- Proven track record of business development in the DACH region
- Bachelor/Master degree in related field
- You have experience in an FMCG or retail/e-com environment
- Knowledge of online & offline marketing tools, and how to analyze marketing results
- Superior-Proficient computer skills, excellent excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of and experience in achieving online and offline excellence utilising organic and paid tools
- Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude; hands-on mentality and capability to work hard and to work both independently and in a team
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking, organisation and time management skills.
- German (native) speaker
